At Pupsteria, your pup’s happiness is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or a short video showing the issue
We will gladly offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
3. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
4. Returns for Other Reasons
If you would like to return an item for another reason (such as ordering the wrong item), please contact our support team first for approval.
If approved:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs may apply.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Normal wear and tear
- Orders marked delivered by the carrier
6. Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
